  • Applications can be submitted online or by snail mail, see links below. 

  • You can also pick up applications in person at Wilburton City Hall, 300 W. Main, Wilburton, OK 74578.

  • Deadline: Submit your application and fees by July 15, 2024, to secure your spot in the 2024 festival.
